The Wall is all that remains of one of the Old Pilchard Cellars .
The foreshore east of Kingsland shows a Permian Age ( 290 MYO ) Rhyolite Lava Flow .
The red rock has a flat surface , a wave cut platform formed when sea levels were higher than now ,
and shows crude columnar joints.
Above the Villages of Cawsand and Kingsand is the massive Cawsand Fort
