A path off the Coast Path leads down to the beaches at 'The Strangles'and 'Little Strand'.
'The Strangles' is a sinister name for a beach where many ships were wrecked .
This view shows the boulder strewn beach at the northern end of 'Little Strand',
with Cambeak headland in the distance.
